What is the Power Up programme?
The Power Up programme is a brand activation approach developed by GI, designed to facilitate and train organisations to bring their brand to life in daily operations. Not remote consulting from the sidelines, but an intensive collaboration where we become a temporary part of the organisation. By literally working on site alongside teams, we quickly identify friction points or gaps and respond immediately. With our multidisciplinary team, we align strategy, creativity and implementation in one integrated process. Guided by the new brand strategy, the GI Brand Team works on location at NTS. Not as external consultants at a distance, but as part of the team. We help anchor the brand in the places where it truly matters: in communication, behaviour, processes and decision making. By sitting right next to people, we quickly spot where there’s friction, where questions arise and where opportunities lie to make the brand even stronger.
Connecting and executing
As the GI Brand Team, we’re not just here to listen, we’re here to act. We proactively engage with various departments to hear what’s needed, what still feels off or where the brand hasn’t quite landed. Based on those signals, we take immediate action. Thanks to our multidisciplinary team consisting of strategist, designer, copywriter and developer, we can move fast.
